A very clean and well equipped apartment. Exactly as described and close to many shops and facilities. The host was extremely helpful and professional at all times. Would recommend to anyone.

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a lovely experience. The apartment is small and cozy, yet very comfortable and thoughtfully set up. Waigs was extremely responsive throughout my stay. He stayed in touch and was quick to resolve any query I had. As it was my first time travelling to the UK alone, that level of communication really took the edge off and made me feel completely at ease. The apartment also had small, thoughtful touches that made it feel homely rather than just a place to stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming base for my trip. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you, Waigs and Ulrich, for such a pleasant stay!

The apartment was exactly as stated. It was very conveniently located to my work location. Parking to the rear was very handy although a little tight, but in fairness this was fully detailed by the owner. The bonus on Parking was a very secure gated access so secure for your vehicle. Apartment has very modern and well kept and had all amenities. Power shower was very nice Shared access door appearance did the apartment no justice. And didn't lock. But don't let that put you off as the apartment does have a high end security lock on the apartment main door.

Place was immaculate and very well presented, host was extremely attentive via messages within Airbnb app, very well located with short walk of Burnt Oak tube station, lovely walks in park located behind the property, two good places to work on your laptop from - shall definitely be staying here again

Super clean, homely, as described, easy self check in, clear instructions, responsive host with great communication. Suited our needs very well for a family event in a nearby area. We drove - parking on a small shared drive for our small car. Location is great for amenities and for road connections (A1 or M1, North Circular Road). I picked property predominantly because of location for access to/from A1 and for quick road access to Mill Hill, Edgware, Hendon etc.

Had a great stay here — the apartment exceeded expectations and was very well equipped with plenty of amenities. The location is excellent, with lots of shops and conveniences nearby, and communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. Comfortable, clean, and easy throughout. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area and would happily stay again.

Great little place. I had a few days before flying out to work and wanted to spend some time with my partner in London and this place was ideal for us. I stay frequently in London and this may have been my favourite property in terms of value and facilities.

The place was in a great location, easy to access, felt safe and secure, extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. The host was responsive and pleasant in all communications.
