The train station is a 4 min walk away and there are 2 Underground stations whithin walkin distance aswell: East Putney underground station and PutneyBridge underground station. On putney high street there are many bus stops that easily connects you to all of london. Parking in the street in front of the flat (and in nearby streets) needs to be paid for. You can download the Ringo app to make the payment for this parking easier.
