We request that you respect our privacy and that of our neighbours please. Not suitable for children . No pets and No smoking please. Strictly no parties. Heating is set to 22 degrees. You can lower the temperatures via radiator valves in the flat. The TV operates via an internet connection. We will provide the Wifi details at check in. Although we are very mindful of our guests we recommend earplugs or a white noise machine as you may hear us nextdoor .

There is free parking on the road, except a restriction from 11am-12pm Mon-Fri. There are a few places in Arundel Avenue where there is complete free parking available. The train station is 2 mins walk away. The 470 bus stop is nearby and more buses into Kingston and Morden can be found in Ewell village.
