You are welcome to use my entire home, except for my bedroom which will be locked.

This is my home which I host when I am travelling. It has recently been remodelled and finished to a high standard throughout with a lot of love and care. There is space to sleep 2 in the large double bedroom, a children’s room with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the lounge downstairs. The downstairs back wall has glass bi-fold doors the whole way along, allowing the kitchen dining area to be opened almost completely to the garden. The bi-fold doors, combined with roof lights, provides lots of natural light and lovely views out over the garden. The lounge has two sofas, a wood burner, coffee table and smart TV. There is also a workspace upstairs for those travelling on business, although I prefer to work at the kitchen island because of the amount of space and natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a boiling water tap, Fisher and Paykel American-style double fridge freezer (with ice and filtered water dispenser), large Smeg gas hob, Smeg dishwasher, Aeg double oven / grill and warming drawer, microwave and toaster. There are all the usual dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses and cooking utensils, plus children’s cutlery and crockery. There are also food processors and soup blenders. I am an avid cook, so the kitchen is well stocked. I will ensure that you have tea, coffee and milk for your arrival as well as basic cleaning products. In the utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. In the double bedroom there is a double bed, double wardrobe with hangers and drawers to store clothes and belongings . There are blackout blinds in both bedrooms to ensure you have a peaceful nights sleep. Both upstairs bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. There is a large shower, toilet and sink in one bathroom and a bath with toilet and sink in the other bathroom. All linen, towels and an initial supply of toilet roll is provided as well as hand soap. No shampoo and conditioner are provided. An initial supply of dishwasher tablets and washing machine capsules is also provided. There is a lovely garden at the rear with a patio and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also a slide, climbing wall, climbing net, swings and two-storey play house at the back of the garden. At the front of the property, there is space for 2 cars on my drive.
